Massimo Cadorin, associate
Massimo is the Project Director of one of the MEP design teams in Manens-Tifs office in Padua; he is also the Technical Director and member of the Manens-Tifs Board of Directors. He graduated as an Electrical Engineer in 1997 from the University of Padua and has been working in the company ever since, acquiring experience as a Project Manager in several aspects of MEP projects for public buildings, offices, public health, residences, hotels and tourist centres. Massimo joined +39 Architects in 2011.
Cristiana Campanile, associate
Cristiana is an engineer specialised in telecommunications, telephone systems, and integrated LAN. She graduated in Electrical Engineering from the University of Padua and worked on a thesis on optical fibres. She completed a master's degree in Telecommunications at the LUISS University in Rome. Cristiana joined +39 Architects in 2011.
Giorgio Finotti, associate director
Giorgio has a long-time experience as the responsible for the whole MEP project cycle including design, development, and project completion. At present, he is the Managing Director of Manens-Tifs. He graduated in Electrical Engineering in 1982 from the University of Padua and began his professional activity in 1983 with prof. Lorenzo Fellin. He is author or co-author of several articles in Italian and international reviews. Giorgio joined +39 Architects in 2011.
Silvio Raccanelli, associate
Since 2007 Silvio is responsible for the Mechanical Division of the Overseas Project Sector and is the internal Project Manager for some major projects. He boasts more than 10 years of experience in the MEP field, on major projects like airports, hospitals, public buildings, offices, infrastructures, industries and residences. In 2007, for several months, he was the local engineer in Abu Dhabi, UAE, coordinating the design activities and interfacing with clients and public authorities. As he mainly works on overseas projects he is used to dealing with different standards, codes and regulations in the HVAC, plumbing and fire protection fields.
Anita Roman, associate director
Anita is an engineer who started her own professional activity in 1996 after her experience as an assistant in an important design company. In 2006, she founded the "Studio di Ingegneria RS" firm with Stefano Secchi. Its activities regard the design and supervision of the construction of structures for civil, industrial and infrastructural buildings; the design and supervision of structural restorations; the numerical modelling of mechanical parts, strength and fatigue verifications, optimizations, dynamic and thermal analysis; the numerical analysis with particular reference to seismic field. Anita graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Padua in 1992.
Michele Schiavo, board member
Michele, partner and co-founder of +39 Architects, is a Civil Engineer whom developed a significant experience in the planning aspects of the civil, industrial and tertiary sectors. He is an expert of integrated and integral planning. He graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Padua in 1994.
Villiam Stefanutti, associate
Viliam graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1976 from the University of Padua and began his experience in HVAC industry in 1980, as CEO of an engineering company operating in mechanical plants design. Till then he followed several projects on hospitals, offices, universities, shopping centres, hotels, business/congress centres, infrastructures, industries, airports and residential housing. He therefore reached a high level of specialisation and knowledge on HVAC, building performance, energy efficiency and energy saving, renewable sources power plants and fire protection. At present he is partner of Manens-Tifs and divisional director and project co-ordinator of the mechanical team.
Fabio Todesco, associate
Fabio is the Overseas Project Director for the Manens-TiFS company and has 20 years of experience in the MEP field. He graduated as an Electrical Engineer in 1992 from the University of Padua and in his professional career he followed the design and the site supervision of several MEP projects including airports, hospitals, public buildings, offices, infrastructures, industries and residences. Since 2007 he is following the Overseas Projects Department and is mainly working on projects for Gulf countries and North Africa. Since 2008 he is the CEO of the TiFS Company in Venice situated in San Donà di Piave and controlled by Manens-Tifs, dedicated to Overseas Projects development.
Antonio Tringali, associate
Antonio is a mechanical engineer with over 10 years of experience in the MEP design and site construction activities. He has been working for major Italian MEP companies and joined the Manens-TiFS in 2007 and was responsible for overseas projects, mainly sited in the Gulf and North Africa countries. He was the on-site engineer for Manens-TiFS in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where he spent 3 years as a local interface between the client and the coordinator of the design project and the Public Authorities and other parties involved in the design. Recently he spent several months in Algeri, Algeria, as a local mechanical engineer and as a coordinator of the design activities. Antonio has been working on overseas projects therefore is used to deal with different standards, codes and regulations.
Andrea Vallin, associate
Andrea is a civil engineer with significant experience in the construction of structures for civil, industrial and infrastructural buildings. His activity regards the numerical modelling and analysis, with particular reference to seismic field. Andrea graduated in Civil Engineering and specialised in structures from the University of Padua in 2011 and is a member of the Association of Engineers of Padua. Andrea joined +39 Architects in 2013.
Fabio Viero, associate
Fabio graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Padua, and specialised in aerothermodynamics at the University of California and at the von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics in Brussels. He started his working career in Spain, designing HVAC systems and performing dynamic energy simulations for buildings. In the UK he performed experimental analysis in aerodynamics with wind tunnels and simulations using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software for a large engineering consultancy firm, the AEA Technology. In 2006 he joined Manens-Tifs and created the Building and Sustainability Group offering consultations in energy and daylighting simulations, using both SBC and LEED standards. He is responsible for the Energy and Atmosphere LEED committee of the Green Building Council Italia.
Marco Zecchin, associate
Marco is an architect specialised in building renovation, with particular reference to the energetic performance aspects. Marco acquired specific knowledge also through his parallel activity which is the research on energy saving systems and energy production from renewable sources in constructions. He graduated from IUAV University of Architecture of Venice in 2007.
Gabriele Zuccolo, associate director
Gabriele is a civil engineer with significant experience, in Italy and abroad, in the infrastructure field and in the structural planning of steel bridges and viaducts and prestressed concrete. Gabriele graduated in Civil Engineering and specialised in Structures from the University of Padua in 1991 and joined the Association of Engineers of Padua.
