The master plan involves the creation of a tourist resort, composed of about 120 housing units (70 m2 duplexes). In order to guarantee privacy and safety, there are common areas every four units. The entire walkable area is 8400 m2 in the inside and 4600 m2 in the outside, as terraces and private platforms.
