We are constantly involved in the design process to ensure that our objects, whether individual buildings or large urban designs, are energy efficient, impacting the environment as little as possible.
By influencing the overall construction design, we are able to keep services installations and energy use to a minimum, creating Low Energy Buildings. In our department, Manens-Tiffs spa is partners of the Italian Green Building Council, achieving Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), the Green Building Ratings System developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, to the Italian Standard.
LEED is the internationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and running of high performance green buildings. It promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by measuring performance in five key areas of human environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, material selection, and indoor environmental quality.
